You should never have to guess what you're paying for.
I'd rather you compare my prices properly than get in touch to find out what's missing. Every package below lists what's actually included, and genuine extras such as a logo, full copywriting or booking setup have a price next to them from the start. Rebuilding a straightforward existing site is part of the website package rather than a separate migration charge.
The service is priced for small businesses. You're paying for the thinking, direct access to the person doing the work, and a custom website that stays looked after, with clear costs agreed from the start.
What's in each package
Business · £650
Everything in Essentials, up to ten custom pages, services and past-work pages, a tidied-up photo gallery, your Google Business Profile set up or improved, help getting more Google reviews, enquiry tracking, and two months of support after launch.
Growth · from £995
Everything in Business with as many pages as you need, local research, service and town pages, online booking and simple payment-taking included where needed, an hour of training, and three months of support after launch. A full online shop or more complex system is scoped separately.

Managed Hosting · £150/year (£12.50/month equivalent)
Managed hosting and SSL, uptime and form checks, deployment backups, technical support, and two small content updates each year. Extra changes can be quoted separately.
Website Care · £30/month
Everything in Managed Hosting, plus unlimited small changes within reason, ongoing technical SEO and Search Console checks, broken-link and performance housekeeping, and a quarterly website health check with practical recommendations. Rolls monthly, 30 days' notice.
Care & Grow · £50/month
Everything in Website Care, plus a monthly performance note, a quarterly local-search review where I implement the top improvement myself, two Google Business Profile posts a month, priority turnaround on requests, and one new page or feature added free every year.
Managed website · £50/month
The Business website and Website Care together, with unlimited small updates included. £149 to start, then an initial 24-month term. After month 24, the website is yours outright.
Priced up front, only added if you need it
Professional email setup
£50 one-off. I set up your domain-based address, DNS and email authentication, and connect it to your chosen email service. Any paid mailbox subscription is charged separately by the provider.

Questions about what's included
What if I don't like the design?
You will see a private preview before anything goes live, and the second half of the payment is not due until you are happy with it. Nothing is published and nothing is charged in full until you have approved the design.
Is there really no limit on updates?
On Website Care and Care & Grow, yes. Typical small requests such as text, prices, photos, opening hours or a simple existing section are unlimited within reason. Managed Hosting includes two small content updates per year. Larger work, like new pages or features, is scoped and quoted separately before I start.
Is anything not included that I should know about?
Domains and other third-party services (like email hosting) are billed transparently, in your name, at the provider's price. Anything outside a package, such as a logo, full copywriting or booking added to Essentials or Business, is priced on this page and always agreed before I start. Booking and simple payment-taking are already included in Growth. Shopify store integration is a separate add-on from £500.
