Who I am

South West Websites is operated by Jason Prickett, a sole trader based in Devon. Contact: hello@southwestwebsites.co.uk.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, business name, town and message. This is sent to my inbox by email and is not stored on this website.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask for. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this site and protects the form from spam. Resend delivers form messages to my inbox, and Cloudflare Email Routing forwards email sent to my business address. Both may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The spam check may set a strictly necessary cookie.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
